Returns + Refunds
At ATENCIóN we do not offer free returns. The customer self pays to return an item. This is because we want to prevent unnecessary transportation and therefor we encourage people to be sure before buying anything online.
In today’s world of social media, people buy things to model it on their social channels and then return it to the online store. This is only one example of unsustainable consuming.
If you wish to return an item you have purchased at ATENCIóN email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you wish to return and we will provide the return form and address.
You may return your item at any sub-post office or post office you’d like. You, yourself, pay for the return when you submit your parcel to the post office/sub-post office.
For a return to be accepted it must be unused (trying it on of course does not count as being used) and unwashed.
As soon as we receive your return we submit the refund but depending on your banks processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
You will receive an email when the refund has been issued by us.
