The following terms and conditions apply to all orders places by the customer, with Atencion HB via our website
By using www.atencion.se and/or placing an order on the website you agree to the terms and conditions displayed below. Please make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions before you place your order.
There is no guarantee that the items displayed on the website are always in stock and we reserve the right to, at any given time, stop selling our products without giving you any notice.
We reserve the right to mend/update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you. The terms and conditions that apply to you will be the ones atencion.se display when you place your order.
You have to be 18 years or older to shop on atencion.se using a credit or debit card, or via apple pay.
Terms for shopping
As a customer, you need to provide the minimum of your name, email address, postal address, and your card details when you shop at Atencion’s website.
Prices and fees
The prices displayed on our websites are in SEK (Swedish krona) and are including taxes and delivery fees.
When you order an item from our website, you provide an email address. You should receive a confirmation email to that email address when your order had been approved. If you should not receive a confirmation email, please start by checking your spam folder and trash folder in your email, if your still can not find it you are welcome to email us for a new confirmation at firstname.lastname@example.org
If we, for any reason, are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you asap. If in this case we have already received a full payment for the order, we will attempt to refund that same amount to the same payment method used. If, for any reason, we are not able to refund you in this way we will contact you to settle the refund in another way.
When you order from us you should receive a confirmation email straight away, but please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and send your order. This is because we always go through our ordered items before sending them to make sure they are in perfect condition. We might need time to adjust, add something, remove threads or other things, iron and press and make sure all tags and information you need are in your parcel.
To deliver your item we use Postnord AB to provide the delivery service. Our parcels are always tracked and comes with an individual tracking number.
When we post your parcel you will receive an shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and accurate information for your order.
We have a 14 day return policy, meaning that from the day you receive your order (whether it is to your home address or your local pick up place) you have 14 days to place your return.
To return an item the item in question needs to be in the same state as they were when you received it. The requirements for returning an item are as followed:
The item shall not have been used (trying an item on does not count as being used)
The item shall not have been “harmed” (broken, dirty, ripped etc.)
The item shall not have been washed
The item shall not have been adjusted or tampered with
The item shall have all the labels and tags still intact and attached on the item
To make a return you simply send us an email with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will then provide you with the return form and address to where you will send the return.
The refund will be issued when the item returned is back at our office and has passed the requirements for returning an item. Your refund will be paid back in full excluding delivery charges which you pay yourself at the place you return your item from.
From when we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 working days for the money to be back in your bank account. The time varies depending on your banks processing time.
Color and sizing
We have used a professional photographer for all photos displaying our clothes, for one of the purposes being to show the most accurate colour of the garments. Because the items are displayed on your screen, we cannot guarantee the colours are the same as in real life due to different light and colours on different computer and mobile screens.
The sizes we offer are Small, Medium, and Large. See our sizing chart for more information of what that means.

We use Stripe Inc. as our payment processor. Via them we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and APPLE PAY.
